For Labor Day Weekend, I went to NorCal with my friends Andy and Raymond to visit our other friend, Christina, who lives in Hayward from Friday (9/1) afternoon until Monday (9/3) morning. Below are some highlights of my trip:
Highlights:
- Kirby Cove
I love going to Kirby Cove because it’s a nice hike down to the beach. My friends were excited to see and play on the famous swing there, but they chopped down the tree 😦 Either way, it was still nice going down to Kirby Cove because we got away from the heat and got a lot of beautiful pictures.

- Boba Guys
We went to Boba Guys twice that weekend haha I normally get the Matcha Strawberry Latte or the Strawberry Calpico. Boba Guys is also one of the places I have to go whenever I’m in SF.
Matcha Strawberry Latte (PC: Raymond Sit) - San Tung’s Original Dry Fried Chicken (SF)
Can’t go to San Francisco without getting San Tung’s Original Dry Fried Chicken. We came 30 mins before they closed at 3pm and only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. The wait is usually 1-2 hours for a table. We had 2 orders of the chicken and Black Bean Paste Noodles. It was Andy’s first time and he loved the chicken 🙂 (The noodles were okay.)
- Palace of Fine Arts
- Burma Superstar
It was my 2nd time going, and I was initially skeptical of going because I didn’t like it when I first went. However, this time was really good so I’m a fan now.

Pork Pumpkin Stew
Garlic Noodles with Duck - Union City Pyramid Playground
I didn’t get any pictures but I got an Instagram Story video of it though hehe 🙂 It’s a pretty cool playground to play and climb around in Union City. Union City is in East Bay so probably 30-40 mins from SF.
As you can see, I really enjoy the food and drinks in San Francisco haha
